What you’re buying, what you can do with it, and what it isn’t.

1. What you’re buying
A LaunchBag is a set of digital files (guides, spreadsheets, templates) sold by Frog Labs LLC as a one-time purchase. The product page for each LaunchBag lists exactly what is included. Checkout, payment processing and file delivery are provided by Payhip under Payhip’s own terms; we don’t receive or store your card details.
2. License
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files in your own business: read them, print them, fill in and edit the templates and spreadsheets. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files, or use them to create a competing product.
3. What the products are — and aren’t
LaunchBags are researched educational guides and tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, engineering or safety advice, and they don’t create a professional relationship with us. Rules that vary by state, county or city are identified as such with guidance on finding your local answer; you are responsible for verifying anything with legal, financial or safety consequences for your situation. Figures such as prices, fees, rates and benchmarks are estimates dated at the time of research and change over time.
We don’t promise any level of income, customers or results. Starting a business involves risk, and the decisions are yours.
4. Delivery and updates
Files are delivered by Payhip after payment: a download link on Payhip’s confirmation screen and in Payhip’s email to the address you used at checkout. We periodically review time-sensitive information and may provide updated files to existing customers when material updates are released. We may correct errors in a product at any time.
5. Refunds
LaunchBags are instantly delivered digital products. All sales are final once the download has been provided, except as set out in the Refund policy: duplicate or erroneous charges, files we cannot deliver or fix, a product materially different from what its page explicitly represents, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Change of mind is not refundable.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a LaunchBag is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
