Who we are
This site is run by Frog Labs LLC, the US company behind LaunchBag. Privacy questions go to contact@froglabsllc.com.
What this site collects
This website has no accounts, no forms, and no mailing list, and it sets no cookies of its own. What reaches us comes from three places: your order, your emails, and anonymous visit counts.
Your order
Purchases are made on Payhip (Payhip Limited, UK). Payhip and its payment processors collect what’s needed to take payment and deliver your files (name, email address, billing details, payment information, and the purchase record) under Payhip’s privacy policy. Payhip passes us your name, email address, the product you bought, and the order details so we can deliver, support, and refund you. We never see your card number. We keep order records for as long as US tax rules require. We may email you at the address from your order about the LaunchBag you bought, for instance to send a corrected file. There is no newsletter, and we won’t add you to one without asking.
Your emails
If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and so there is a record of what was agreed.
Visit counts
We use Umami Cloud, a privacy-focused analytics service run by Umami Software, Inc., to count visits, see which pages are viewed, and know when a buy button is clicked, so we can tell which pages and sources bring people to LaunchBag. Its script sets no cookies. It records the page you view, the site that referred you, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and country. Your IP address is used for a moment to work out your country and a temporary session identifier, and is not stored. We see only aggregate reports: nothing identifies you, and we never see your name, email, or anything you type. Umami processes this data for us as a service provider under its data processing agreement and privacy policy.
To stop this site’s visit counting in the browser you’re using, press the button below. It stores a single “analytics off” flag in your browser and nothing else. Blocking the script from cloud.umami.is with a content blocker works too.
While you browse, the site keeps a few values in your browser’s session storage: the campaign tags on the link you arrived by (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, or ref), the domain name of the site that sent you here, and a flag that stops a thank-you page from being counted twice. When you click a buy button, the tags and the referring domain are attached to that count so we know which source led to it. These values never include anything about you personally, aren’t used for advertising, are gone when you close the tab, and aren’t kept at all if you’ve turned analytics off or your browser sends Do Not Track.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which sees your IP address and request details in order to deliver and protect the site and may keep short-term server logs. If Cloudflare’s security checks challenge a request, Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie that is not used for advertising or tracking.
Tracking, Do Not Track, and selling data
We don’t collect information about your activity over time across other websites, and no other party does so through this site. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, the visit counter and the buy-button counts are switched off for you and nothing is kept in session storage. Global Privacy Control signals ask a site not to sell or share personal information; we never do either, for anyone.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email contact@froglabsllc.com; we answer within 30 days. Payhip keeps the payment record under its own policy for tax reasons, so for that, contact Payhip. LaunchBag is for adults starting a business: we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if you think a child has contacted us, tell us and we’ll delete it.
If you’re in the EU, UK or Switzerland
Frog Labs LLC (contact@froglabsllc.com) is the controller of the order and support data described above. We process it to deliver what you bought and answer your questions (performance of a contract), and to keep the site working and understand overall traffic (legitimate interests). Our providers process data in the United States. You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to our processing it, or complain to your local data protection authority.
