What this site collects
This website has no accounts and no forms, and it sets no advertising cookies.
We use Umami, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service, to count visits, see which pages are viewed, and know when a buy button is clicked, so we can tell which pages and sources bring people to LaunchBag. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not track you across sites; we never collect your name, email, or anything you type. The data is processed for us by Umami's hosted service. If you arrive via a link with campaign tags (for example utm_source), your browser keeps those tags for the duration of your visit so they can be attached to those counts; they are cleared when you close the tab.
Like any website, the service that hosts this site may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, requested page and browser type) for a short time for security and operations.
Payments and delivery
Purchases are made on Payhip. Payhip and its payment processors collect the information needed to take payment and deliver your files (name, email, payment details, and the purchase record) under Payhip’s privacy policy. We see the name and email associated with an order so we can provide support; we never see your card details.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence to help you. We don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
