How is the product delivered?
Checkout and delivery are handled by Payhip. After payment you get an immediate download link on screen and by email. The link stays available from your Payhip purchase, so you can re-download later.
I didn’t get my download email.
Check spam and promotions folders for a message from Payhip. If it isn’t there within a few minutes, email contact@froglabsllc.com with the name and email you used at checkout and we’ll sort it out.
What file formats are included?
PDF guides, Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx — they also open in Google Sheets) and Word documents (.docx — they also open in Google Docs). Numbers and LibreOffice generally open the files but haven’t been tested as thoroughly as Excel and Google Sheets.
Can I use it on my phone?
The PDFs read fine on a phone. The spreadsheets are best on a laptop or tablet; the Google Sheets app works for viewing and simple edits.
Is there a refund?
LaunchBags are instantly delivered digital products, so all sales are final once the download has been provided. We refund duplicate charges, and if a file won’t open in the listed formats or a bag is materially different from what its page says, we fix it — or refund if we can’t. Change of mind isn’t refundable. See the Refunds page.
Do you offer updates?
Volatile figures (prices, fees, rules) are dated and labeled. We periodically review time-sensitive information and may provide updated files to existing customers when material updates are released.
Can I share the files?
The purchase is a single-user license: use it in your own business, print it, edit the templates. Please don’t redistribute the files.
Do you sell to customers outside the US?
You can buy from anywhere, but the content is US-focused: licensing, insurance, tax and wastewater rules are described for the US, and prices are in US dollars.
