After you buy
Your download is one ZIP file. Extract it first, then open 00 Start Here. Every bag begins there, and it tells you the order to use the rest in.
Extracting the ZIP
- WindowsRight-click the ZIP → Extract All → Extract. Work from the extracted folder, not from inside the ZIP preview.
- MacDouble-click the ZIP. A folder appears beside it.
- iPhone or iPadThe download lands in the Files app. Tap the ZIP and it expands into a folder next to it.
- AndroidOpen Files, find the ZIP in Downloads, tap it and choose Extract.
Opening each kind of file
- PDF guides Any device opens these already: a browser, Preview on a Mac, Adobe Reader, or the Files app on a phone.The pages are laid out for US Letter paper. If you print the checklists and field cards, print at actual size rather than “fit to page,” so the boxes stay big enough to write in.
- Spreadsheets (.xlsx) Excel opens them directly. For Google Sheets: go to Google Drive → New → File upload → choose the .xlsx, then double-click it and open it with Sheets.Every formula is written to work in both, and there are no macros. Yellow cells are the ones you change; the rest calculate. Keep the original file as your blank master and work on a copy.
- Editable documents (.docx) Word opens them directly. For Google Docs: upload the .docx to Google Drive and double-click it. Docs opens .docx without converting anything.These are the files meant to be edited: fill in every [bracket] with your own details once, save that as your master copy, and send it from there. The agreement templates are a starting point, not a substitute for the advice of an attorney; have a local attorney look over anything you rely on.
Nothing in a bag needs an account, a subscription or an internet connection once you have downloaded it. If a file asks you to sign in to anything, something has gone wrong, so tell us.
Downloading it again later
The email from Payhip holds your download link, so keep it. Searching your inbox for Payhip is the fastest way back to your files. If the email is gone, write to contact@froglabsllc.com from the address you bought with, or tell us the address you used, and we’ll re-send it. There is no charge for that, ever.
Common questions
How is the product delivered?
Checkout and delivery are handled by Payhip, the store service that takes the payment. After payment, Payhip emails you the download link. Keep that email: its link is your way back to the files, and if you ever lose it, email us and we’ll re-send it, free.
I didn’t get my download email.
Search your inbox for Payhip and check spam and promotions, because the message comes from Payhip rather than from us. If it isn’t there within a few minutes, email contact@froglabsllc.com with the name and email address you used at checkout and we’ll re-send it.
I just bought a LaunchBag. What do I open first?
Unzip the download and open 00 Start Here. It takes about five minutes and gives you the roadmap, today’s three things, and the order to use everything else in. The first steps, on one page.
A file won’t open, or opened wrong.
Extract the ZIP first. Most problems come from a file being opened inside the ZIP preview instead of from the extracted folder. Then see opening your files above for the exact steps per format. If it still won’t open, email us and say which file and which program; we fix it, or refund if we can’t.
What file formats are included?
PDF guides, Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx, which also open in Google Sheets), and Word documents (.docx, which also open in Google Docs). Numbers and LibreOffice generally open the files but haven’t been tested as thoroughly as Excel and Google Sheets.
Can I use it on my phone?
The PDFs read fine on a phone, and you can buy and download on one. The spreadsheets are much easier on a laptop or tablet; the Google Sheets app works for viewing and simple edits. If you bought on a phone, the files are in your Payhip email too, so you can open them on a computer later without paying again.
Is there a refund?
LaunchBags are digital downloads. If you haven’t downloaded anything, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once you’ve downloaded a file, all sales are final, with four exceptions: a duplicate charge (refunded in full); a file that won’t open in the listed formats (we fix it, or refund if we can’t); a bag materially different from what its page says (we fix or replace it, or refund if we can’t); and any refund the law where you live requires. Tell us about a file problem within 30 days. Change of mind isn’t refundable. Read the refund policy.
Do you offer updates?
Prices, fees, and rules change, so every figure in a bag is dated. We review the time-sensitive ones from time to time, and when something material changes we may send existing customers updated files.
Can I share the files?
The purchase is a single-business license: you and the people who work for that one business can use the files, print them, edit the templates, and send what you make from them to your customers. Please don’t pass the files themselves on to anyone else, and if you run more than one business, buy one bag per business.
Do you sell to customers outside the US?
The bags are written for the US: licensing, insurance, tax, and local rules are described for the US, and prices are in US dollars. Payhip’s checkout accepts payment from most countries, and the refund policy applies alongside any rights your local law gives you.
Is sales tax or VAT added?
Prices are in US dollars. Where your state or country taxes digital downloads, Payhip works out any sales tax or VAT at checkout from your billing address, and the checkout shows the total before you pay.
Accessibility
LaunchBag is built to WCAG 2.1 AA, and toward 2.2 AA: the site works by keyboard, shows where focus is, describes every page image, respects reduced-motion settings, and every build runs an automated accessibility check. Checkout happens on Payhip’s pages, which we don’t control. If anything on this site or in a bag is hard to use with assistive technology, email contact@froglabsllc.com; we’ll fix it or get you the content another way.
