Refunds
LaunchBags are digital downloads. If you haven’t downloaded anything, you can have your money back. Once you download a file, the sale is final, with the exceptions below.

Email contact@froglabsllc.com within 14 days of purchase, from the address you used at checkout. If your Payhip order shows no download, we refund the full amount to the payment method you used. This is the same cancellation right for digital content that Payhip’s checkout describes, and for buyers in the EU and UK it is the law.
Why sales are final after download
A download can’t be returned. Once you have downloaded any file, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the four cases below.
When we will make it right
Email contact@froglabsllc.com with the name and email you used at checkout if:
- You were charged twice or charged by mistake. We refund the duplicate or mistaken charge in full, whenever you notice it.
- The files can’t be delivered or won’t open in the formats we list (PDF, .xlsx for Excel or Google Sheets, .docx for Word or Google Docs). We re-deliver or fix first; if we can’t make the product work for you, we refund.
- The product is materially different from what its product page says it contains. We fix or replace the file, or refund if we can’t.
- A refund is required by the law where you live.
Tell us about a file that won’t open, or a product that doesn’t match its page, within 30 days of purchase; the sooner you write, the sooner we can fix it. Duplicate charges and refunds the law requires aren’t limited to 30 days. Support comes first: for any technical problem, contact us before asking your bank. Most of these turn out to be a missing email or a file opened from inside the ZIP, and those we can usually fix the same day we see them.
What isn’t refundable
- Change of mind.
- Buying the wrong product, or not reading the product description, file formats or US-focus notes before purchase.
- Deciding not to start the business, or not using the materials.
- Results in your business: income, customers, jobs, or success. The bags don’t promise any of these.
- Disagreeing with an estimate, benchmark, or opinion in the materials. Figures are dated and labeled; rules vary by location.
How refunds are issued
We usually reply within one or two business days. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout, through the payment provider that took the payment, as soon as we approve them; timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer. Payhip provides the checkout and delivers the files, but it doesn’t hold the money or decide refunds: requests come to us at the address above. If we refund you, the license ends and we ask that you delete the files.
Outside the US
The bags are written for the US, and that is stated on every product page. If you are in the EU or the UK, the 14-day pre-download refund above is your statutory right to cancel, and downloading a file is the point at which you lose it, as Payhip’s checkout explains. To cancel, an email saying you withdraw from your purchase, with the product, the order date and the email you used, is enough. If a file is faulty or doesn’t match its description, the remedies your law gives you (a corrected file, a replacement, or a refund) apply whatever this page says.
This policy doesn’t limit rights you have under applicable consumer law, and it doesn’t change the rules of your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
